Message Well I was 14 or 15 when I saw my first Z(90-96). My first car was a 86 300zx 2+2. It was horribly slow, but I still DBD::ODBC::db prepare failed: (DBD: st_prepare/SQLAllocStmt err=-2) at incl_db.pm line 314.
loved it. Then when I saw the first TT in Car and Driver I told myself once I finished school I would get one. I had to have one. I got so enthralled(sp) with the car I almost changed my major from EE to ME. Well I graduated this past December and ever since they stopped making them I gave up on my dream. My dream was to own a fresh brand-spanking new Black 300zx TT with all the options except leather seats. Well my dad remembered me saying when I graduated and got a job I was going to buy one. He spent a whole year looking for a Z behind my back without me every knowing and then surprised me after graduation ceremony was over. In the driveway when we got back was a Black 91 300zx TT with 70k on it. It had all the options and the only thing done to it was the K&N filter. Of course my dad didn't pay for it. He just found it for me and well helped me a little with a down payment, but I had finally owned a 300zx TT. You should have seen my face when I saw that damn thing in the driveway.

Anyway I almost have my Fantasy Z. If money were no object I would just make sure the interior and exterior were perfect and free of any flaws(like brand new). The engine would be built up with some HKS 2530's. Of course I would build up the rest of the system(IC's, injectors, etc...).
Get some super huge brembo or AP brakes and then maybe have a kickass system. Right now I'm about %25 there. The car is in really good shape body wise and the sound system is fine for me , just need to finish up the rest.
